How we check

Before a bag goes on the edit, we ask the seller for recent photos and go through the same list every time.

  1. Corners, edges and handles for wear
  2. Lining, pockets and interior marks
  3. Hardware, zips and clasps
  4. Smell, shape and storage history
  5. Fresh photos taken this week

We cannot verify everything from photos. We say so in the listing, and we do not call a bag authenticated unless it was verified.

How buying works

  3. You pay

    Pay only after we confirm the bag is available.

  4. It ships

    Our sourcing partner ships it to you, and we follow the order until it arrives.

Send us the bag, the aesthetic or your Pinterest board, plus a budget. We reply with a shortlist, usually within 48 hours.

Questions

Do you hold the bags yourselves?

No. We source each bag from independent sellers we work with, and a sourcing partner may ship it directly to you. You buy from us, and we handle the order from start to finish.

Are the bags authentic?

We only list bags we believe are genuine, and we tell you what we checked. If a listing does not say "verified", we have not had it authenticated. Ask us before you pay if you need more photos or details.

When do I pay?

Only after we confirm the bag is still available. We send you the payment details in our chat.

How long does delivery take?

We give you a dispatch estimate when we confirm availability, and we send tracking when it ships.

What if the bag is not as described?

Message us with photos as soon as it arrives. We will work it out with you and the seller.
